Here are the ingredients that you need for this recipe.

chop white onions and fingerling potatoes and add all natural french seasonings on them

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash potatoes and trim away any bad spots or roots. Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise - giving you two long pieces. Toss with oil and French Made Easy blend to thoroughly coat potatoes. Take your onion and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the top, bottom and the skin then cut in 1/4" thick slices.

The trick to making these little fingerling potatoes amazing is to place the potatoes flat in one layer in your baking dish. Drizzle a little oil in your baking dish then add your potatoes to it. After you have placed all halves face down in the dish, top them with the onions and drizzle a bit more oil and a pinch or two of the French Made Easy seasoning on top. Bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes. DO NOT touch them! No flipping or mixing - you want to let them brown and get crispy! This works perfectly every time!

After they have cooked for roughly 45 minutes, remove from the oven and use a spatula and mix the potatoes and onions. Serve immediately! They are also great the next day as a breakfast potato!
