Spinach and Artichoke Dip with French Made Easy
A rich, creamy spinach and artichoke dip with French herbs — fantastic hot or cold, and versatile enough to top chicken or baked potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Tbsp French Made Easy
- 1 bag frozen artichoke hearts
- 2 bags frozen organic spinach
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 (7.5 oz) container creme fraiche
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
Directions
- Cook frozen spinach in a pot over medium heat until thawed and warmed through.
- In a separate pan, brown frozen artichoke hearts over medium heat. Cool, then chop into ½" pieces.
- Chop garlic and juice the lemon.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
- Add French Made Easy and stir well. Serve as-is, or top with mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips
- Try it as a topping for baked chicken or mixed into scrambled eggs.
