Posted by World Seasonings on

Quick dish - awesome flavor. The lemon really makes the flavors of dill and tarragon pop! This is one of the best green bean dishes I have ever tasted. (This recipe can be made with any of our seasoning blends.)

Here is everything that you need...

First thing you need to do is a take a large pot and fill it with water. Bring it to a boil. You need to "blanch" the green beans first. While the pot is heating up, wash the green beans and trim their tips off. Once the pot is boiling, add the beans to it and cook for about 5 minutes. You just want to quickly cook them. Remove the beans from the pot and add to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. It keeps them nice and green.

how to slice a white onion

Slice the onion in half, then slice each half in about 1/8" thick slices.

Remove from the heat then cover the pan with a lid and let them sit for another 5-10 minutes. They will cook to perfection.
