"what did you put on that?"

I love to cook but dont get to do it that often. When I do, especially when company is over, I always whip out a seasoning from the pack based on what I am cooking and surprise the guests. If your aiming for "what did you put on that?" then you are in the right place.
Not such a fan of French. But everything else is a winner.
- Chipotle for Chili
- American bounty as a lamb and chicken dry rub or mixed with oil and vinger to baste.
- Mediterranean magic for almost anything that needs to be spiced up and tastes bit different than the norm.
- Curry in soup makes any soup taste like ramen noodles. So good. Kids love it and even used it for egg drop soup to change it up
- Greek completes lamb. Also love it as a dressing for salad or bean salad.
- Mexican is go to for chili or meats for fajitas / tacos
My wife is gluten free so its also critical for me to be able to use them knowing that she will be safe and I'll enjoy what I'm eating ;-)
