Heirloom Tomato Caprese
The beauty of this dish is the fresh and slightly-firm heirloom tomatoes. But it's our blends that give it a twist. We used French Made Easy in this recipe, but you could use any of our blends. Italiano Pronto, Go Greek, Mediterranean Magic or Smokin' Chipotle make this dish awesome. That is part of what's so fun when cooking with our seasoning blends - you can make the same recipe 9 different ways, depending on the mood you're in or the part of the world you would like to dine in!

1-2 pinches French Made Easy or Any of Our Blends
3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced 1/4"
1 large fresh mozzarella ball, sliced 1/4"
Drizzle olive oil
Drizzle aged Balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil leaves, handful
Here are the ingredients you need with your seasoning blend of choice!
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Pull enough basil leaves out to put one between each slice of tomato and cheese. Once you have them layered like in the picture above, drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top and sides of the caprese. Sprinkle a pinch or two of the seasoning of your choice - enjoy. Some purest will say to never add any vinegar - but I'm not a purest! So I'll leave that up to you.
You can eat this dish right away, or you can slice some rustic bread and make little sandwiches perfect for any BBQ, picnic or event you need to bring a snack!
